Text-chat only will also come in handy. Have you considered adding a confrence administrator capabilites such as the ability to mute, kick/block/ban, and set cap limits on total participants? 'We' often talk in large groups and the ability to moderate who is talking when (so we're not talking all at once or talking over each other) would be quite useful.
