We realize that the download link on our site doesn’t fully explain how to utilize the Firefox extension we have available for Facebook. If you install this Mozilla extension to Facebook chat, you will also be able to have video chats with your Facebook friends (this will not interfere with your ability to do a regular text chat within Facebook).
Here are the basics of how to use TokBox within Facebook:
1. You must be running Firefox, at least for now. So, run Firefox to view Facebook. Download Firefox if you don’t have it.
2. Download and install the Tokbox Firefox plug-in.
3. Restart Firefox, and go back to Facebook.
4. In Facebook’s chat pop-up (in the bottom-right of the page), you can now video chat with any of your Facebook friends by clicking the video icon next to their name. You would also want to make sure you’re signed in to Facebook chat.
Note: You will also need to have a Tokbox account & you will be prompted to login if you have the add-on turned on.
Don’t have Mozilla Firefox? You can still do video calls and conferences on Facebook.

Hi,
Might be an issue because of a change in the Facebook site (intermittent)? We do have this as a priority fix.
Note: I just checked mine a few moments ago & it seemed ok.
